Hot Wire Cutter

The Hot Wire Cutter for STEPCRAFT machines. The tool enables precise cutting of all materials like styrofoam, expandable polystyrene (EPS) or polypropylene (EPP). The maximum thickness of the material is 50 mm. The maximum cutting length is 430 mm. The cutting wire is made of a special robust and durable nickel-chromium alloy.

• 100 – 240 V, 50/60 Hz
• Output controllable up to 7,0 V at 1,9 A
• Existing Win PC-NC installations can be easily updated free of charge
• Temperature of hot wire cutter between approx. 100 and 300° C (212 and 570° F)
