Performance Kit 840

The Performance Kit has been designed for all those who want to upgrade their 2^nd generation D-Series with a feature of the Q-Series. The new mainboard can be easily installed and extends your existing D-Series with the modified, electronically monitored gantry system of the Q-Series. With 70 mm/seconds your machine will drive 40 % faster on the Y-axis while the electronic encoding on each motor ensures that the gantry is always synchronized and will immediately stop in the event of lost steps. You can resume your job where it left off after a simple zero-reference operation realigning your gantry. The Performance Kit includes a new mainboard with dual Y-axis drivers and extra cooling elements to provide further operational security as well as all components and instructions necessary for the installation.

Note: Please take into consideration that the Performance Kit is not compatible with the 1^st generation D-Series and machines of the Black Edition.
